Tamanna Bhatia was born to Sindhi family in Lokhandwala in Andheri, Mumbai. She recently celebrated her twentieth birthday on 21st December 2009.

She has the glamour and girl next door look. She is a complete professional, disciplined and above all has luck shining above her head. Presently she is the highest paid actress in Kollywood. Her debut movie was Kedi which hardly made any news and her subsequent releases in Tamil - Madhan, Vyapari and Sri were not at all memorable.

Even after the fall Tamannaah bounced back with Telugu super hit movie Happy Days. Success followed in Tamil movie Kalloori. Luck adhered with her when she signed Ayan. She followed it with hit Kanden Kadhalai and a flop Ananda Thandavam.

She had a good number of releases with popular stars like Padikaathavan with Dhanush, Kanden Kadhalai with Bharath and Paiyaa with Karthi. Her success in Telugu continued with Koncham Ishtam Konchem Kastham opposite Siddharth.

She has some big films up for release Sura with Vijay and Thillalangadi with Jayam Ravi. She will be seen in Badrinath with Allu Arjun. It is directed by the super hit director V.V. Vinayak.
