Women's Christian College, Chennai

Women's Christian College is a government aided minority institution. Women's Christian College was affiliated to the University of Madras and was given recognition as an autonomous college in 1982.

It has grown to a strength of over a 2712 students and 141 members of Faculty in the aided and self-financing sections.

The college aims to provide a complete, meaningful and relevant education to women so that they are intellectually well-trained, morally upright, socially aware and spiritually inspired.

There are 10 major departments which offer courses leading to under-graduate degrees and 3 departments also offer courses leading to post-graduate degrees. In addition, there are courses offered in the self-financing section both under-graduate as well as post-graduate.
