Countrywide crackdown against Jamaat-ud-Daawa

Pakistan Government has started countrywide crackdown against Jamaat-ud-Daawa, the front of Lashkar-e-Taiba after United Nation's ban.
Reports say that Pakistan also decided to ban the organisation. Many offices of Jamaat-ud-Daawa was closed and sealed on Thursday. Its chief hafiz Saeed and many top leaders are put under house arrest and many activists detained.
As per the report on Dawn Police sealed Qudsia Mosque, the headquarters of Jamaatud Dawa in Chauburji Chowk, and 18 other offices throughout Punjab.
But Foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said India had so far not shared any information or evidence on the attacks despite requests from Pakistan.
US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said in an interview to CNBC that situation is very dangerous and Islamabad needs to act forcefully.
