Sarath Kumar is one actor who is ready to play his age. Every other film he acts his father character including the latest flick 1977. Sarath Kumar the macho man works out at gym daily at 4’0 clock in the morning even when he went to bed at 3 am. Jaggubhai is under the direction of K.S Ravikumar. Sarath Kumar will pair Kiran Rathod and Shriya Saran in this Tamil movie.

Jaggubhai was supposed to star Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role, but due to some reasons, it didn’t take off. The movie is about a father-daughter relationship and Sarath Kumar is appearing in two roles, as every one expect, one as the father of the heroine and other as a young man.

Sarath Kumar’s first film as hero, Cheran Pandiyan was directed by K.S Ravikumar. The Sarath-Ravi Kumar pair has also made blockbuster flick Nattamai. Sarath’s lucky mascot K.S. Ravi Kumar is expected to give the audience some real entertainment which has already created quite a lot of hype.

Shreya Saran, the hot actress was in Bangkok to pair with Sarath in Jaggubhai. She has expressed her happiness in being a part of this woman oriented script.

Shreya has signed 3 new movies in Tamil, a couple of movies in Telugu and is busy with her Hindi commitments and Hollywood assignment; Deepa Mehta’s What’s cooking? Shriya is hopeful that the movie would go in her favor to prove she can not only exude sexiness but also can act with élan.

Jaggubhai is progressing well in Bangkok for about 40 days. Three songs involving Sarath, Shriya and Kiran will be shot in Australia.

Sarath Kumar’s wife Radhika under the banner Radaan Media works and Sun TV jointly produce this film. The film’s release date has not yet been disclosed.
