Mahindra has finally launched on January 13th, 2009, its first true Multi Purpose Vehicle- Xylo. Code named Ingenio. This new platform project cost around Rs. 550 crore.

Xylo has been priced very competitively as compared to the Chevrolet Tavern & Toyota Innova.. Xylo's finish is the best in comparison to other Mahindra products - Scorpio & Bolero.

It is available in four variants - E2, E4, E6 and E8. The base model E2 comes with single AC, Power Windows, Power Steering and is priced at Rs 624,500.
