A Thai fishing trawler owner on Tuesday claimed that Indian Navy sank his fishing trawler thinking that it was a pirate mother ship.
Last week Indian Navy had destroyed a big ship assuming that it was a Somali pirate's mother ship.
But now owner of Ekawat Nava 5 says that Indian navy sank his trawler while it was being hijacked by pirates.
Sixteen sailors were aboard at the time of incident and only one found alive after six days, rest are missing.
Indian Navy authorities said that they started attack only after the pirates in the hijacked ship threatened to attack the Navy ship.
