Udhayanidhi Stalin debuts as hero in Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (OKOK), directed by M. Rajesh of Siva Manasulla Sakthi and Boss Engira Baskaran fame. Hansika Motwani is the leading lady.

Santhanam plays another pivotal role in the movie. Oru Kal Oru Kannadi will be a good entertainer. The film will have comedy and romance as in Rajesh's previous films. Harris Jayaraj is the music director.

Hansika Motwani who has a handful of films in Tamil is acting opposite to the Red Giant Movies head, Udhayanidhi Stalin. Hansika is the heroine of the Jayam Ravi movie 'Engeyum Kadhal' as well. She shoots for the Vijay film 'Velayudham' too. Hansika is the heroine for Dhanush in the movie 'Mappillai'.

The photo shoot of the leading pair was done at AVM studios earlier this month. The film will be mostly shot in Chennai and Pondicherry. Some of the songs may be shot abroad also.

Planning to complete the film in one schedule, OKOK might reach cinemas by July 2011.
