Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday denied reports about Pakistan's involvement in Mumbai terror attack.
In an interview to CNN's Larry King Live show he said "The gunmen plus the planners, whoever they are, stateless actors who have been holding hostage the whole world."
"The state of Pakistan is, of course, not involved. We're part of the victims, I'm a victim. The state of Pakistan is a victim. We are the victims of this war, and I am sorry for the Indians, and I feel sorry for them." he said.
When asked about handing over the terrorists he said, "We would try them in our courts, we would try them in our land, and we would sentence them."
India had already handed over a list of 20 most wanted criminals including Daewood Ibrahim, Chhota Shakeel and Maulana Masood Azhar. Pak is yet to decide on this and Indian authorities are waiting for the response.
Indian investigating agencies now have clear evidence that all terrorists came from Pakistan. India already shared the details with American agency FBI.
