Vijayalakshmi, who is popular in the name Rambha, is one of the heroines who stood in the industry with same glamour all through these years with out fading out from lime light even while new actress flocked into films. Rambha acted with most Super stars in south India. She was in more than 100 movies in different languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Bhojpuri and Hindi.

Rambha made a comeback in film with Quick Gun Murugan and has accepted to do a sequel to it.

Rambha is all set to marry Canada based businessman Indhiran Padmanathan today (April 8th). Rambha’s Wedding Reception planned at Rani Meyyammai Hall in Chennai on April 11th.

Rambha has already announced that she will be continuing her film career after marriage.

Rambha’s started her career with a Kannada film “Server Somanna”. Then she acted in two malayalam films – Sargam and Champakkulam Thachan. Then she entered Tamil, Telugu and Hindi Films and acted worked with many big budget films and paired with many leading actors.

She got engaged to Indiran Padmanathan on January 27, 2010.
