After the Success of ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’, Gautham Vasudeva Menon joins hands with Simbu for his next film titled ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya’. With the Success of ‘Silambattam’, Silambarasan accepted this offer. Meanwhile ‘Kettavan’ and ‘Poda Podi’ will get delayed.

Trisha plays the role of the leading lady opposite Simbu. This is the second time Trisha pairs with Silambarasan, the first being ‘Alai’.

The movie is said to be a romantic movie. All are expecting a different character role from an action hero. Huge expectations are on Gautham Menon because of the success of ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’ as well as to Simbu due to ‘Silambattam’.

The music is to be scored by the ‘Oscar Winner’ A.R.RAHMAN. The shoot will start in Chennai and it will roll on to New York later. The Lyrics is by Thamarai and the Editing will done by Antony.
