Vettai Mannan is an upcoming Tamil movie starring Silambarasan in the leading role. Jai appears in another main role in this flick. Directed by new comer Nelson, the film is produced by S. S. Chakravarthy under the banner Nic Arts.

Music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Pathan Parvez Khan handles camera while editing is done by Anthony Gonsalves.

There will be three heroines in the movie, out of which one will be a foreigner. Simbu plays the role of a gangster in the movie which is expected to have its locations in Chennai, USA and Mexico.

Silmabarasan became very impressed with the script of Vettai Mannan and his friend Nic Arts Chakravarthy is producing the movie.

Simbu has a number of films lined up for release like Vaanam and Poda Podi.

Vettai Mannan will be an action entertainer laced with comedy. A Hollywood stunt team will choreograph the stunts for Vettai Mannan. This will be a trilingual movie simultaneously made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Vettai Mannan might reach theatres during May 2011.
