Nithya Menen is an Indian film actress and playback singer who predominantly appears in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada films. She was born on April 8, 1988, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Nithya started her career as a child artist and then made her debut as a lead actress in the 2008 Kannada film "7 O' Clock" directed by Santosh Rai Pataje.

Nithya gained recognition in the South Indian film industry with her roles in films such as "Ala Modalaindi" (2011), "Ishq" (2012), "Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde" (2013), "OK Kanmani" (2015), and "Mersal" (2017).
