Soppana Sundari is a Tamil-language comedy drama movie released in 2023, directed and written by SG Charles, who also directed Lock Up (2020). The movie features Aishwarya Rajesh, Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli, Deepa Shankar, Karunakaran, Sathish Krishnan, Redin Kingsley, Mime Gopi, Sunil Reddy, Sha Ra, Bjorn Surrao, and Thendral Raghunathan.

The film’s plot revolves around a car named Soppana Sundari, which the characters fight for ownership. The title of the movie is a reference to a comedy scene from the popular 1989 film Karakattakkaran, starring Goundamani and Senthil. The film was released on 14 April 2023, which coincides with Tamil New Year.

The movie was produced by Balaji Subbu Vivek and Ravichandran, under the production companies of Hamsini Entertainment, Huebox Studios, and Ahimsa Entertainment. The music for the songs was composed by Ajmal Tahseen and the score was done by Vishal Chandrashekhar.
